FIRING WITHOUT GUILT.
When you are doing a performance review, or considering whether you need to keep someone or let them go, ask yourself one question:
Would you hire this person tomorrow to fill the same position for the same amount of money?
If the answer is no, and it’s time to let them go, here are some steps to do so without the guilt involved on your end, and without hurting them too much in the process. Remember, they are also human, and you want them where they belong and fit - everyone wants to do a good job internally.
